Who Can Return Items?
This policy applies to our professional customers worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions) who have purchased directly from our website at thetoolproshop.com.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Manual Cutting Tools with signs of use (blades, saws, etc.)
- Power Tools that have been removed from their original packaging or show signs of use
- Manual Woodworking Tools with any wear or tear
- Any items purchased as “Final Sale” or clearance
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included
- Original proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.
- Provide Details: Include the following information in your email (see template below):
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Ship Your Return: Include the RMA number clearly on the package and ship to our warehouse address provided in your approval email.
Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt. ToolPro Sales Store is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We will cover return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges of the same value:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We will ship the replacement item once we receive your return

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
