All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over $50 USD):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our professional tools. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned if used or opened:

  • Manual Cutting Tools with signs of use (blades, saws, etc.)
  • Power Tools removed from original packaging or showing signs of use
  • Manual Woodworking Tools with any wear or tear
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or clearance

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts must be included
  • Original proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps for returns or exchanges:

  2. Provide Details: Include product name, reason for return, and preferred resolution (see template below)
  3. Wait for Approval: We’ll review within 2 business days and provide an RMA number if approved
  4. Package Securely: Include all original items and packaging
  5. Ship Your Return: Clearly mark the RMA number and send to our warehouse address (provided in approval email)

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt. ToolPro is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Items: We cover return shipping
  • Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Method: Refunded to original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges of equal value:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged/defective item:
