Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping (Orders over $50 USD):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our professional tools. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned if used or opened:
- Manual Cutting Tools with signs of use (blades, saws, etc.)
- Power Tools removed from original packaging or showing signs of use
- Manual Woodworking Tools with any wear or tear
- Items marked “Final Sale” or clearance
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts must be included
- Original proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps for returns or exchanges:

- Provide Details: Include product name, reason for return, and preferred resolution (see template below)
- Wait for Approval: We’ll review within 2 business days and provide an RMA number if approved
- Package Securely: Include all original items and packaging
- Ship Your Return: Clearly mark the RMA number and send to our warehouse address (provided in approval email)
Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt. ToolPro is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Wrong Items: We cover return shipping
- Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Method: Refunded to original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges of equal value:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged/defective item:
